As a trusted Fibre Network Provider. Our team at FibreSuburb Network believes in customer service and longevity. Our tailor-made fibre solutions are managed with a comprehensive Service Level Agreement. What Is An Open Access Fibre Network?

Open Access means that there is a choice of Internet Service Providers (ISP) over a fibre network provider with one Fibre Network Operator (FNO). Whilst the FNO typically does not limit the ISPs from participating, it is their decision to participate in agreeing to the terms between the Internet Service Provider and the Fibre Network Operator. The Fibre Network Operator cannot force the Internet Service Provider to offer service.

Why do Internet Service Providers Charge Different Prices by Area?

Typically, Fibre Network Operator’s (FNO) coverage is different and not all networks are available in all areas. Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) on-board with different FNO’s and need to agree to the FNO’s commercials, which are all different. This is why you may see differences in fibre line speeds and pricing availability. ISPs can also opt to offer all or only some of the line speeds available. At FibreSuburb Networks we treat all of our ISP’s equally and encourage subscribers to research ISP choice based on service delivery. It is not always about price. Our tailor-made fibre solutions are managed with a comprehensive Service Level Agreement. All our solutions are scalable and we offer a choice of partnership models to suit your fiber network requirements.

What internet packages does FibreSuburb Network offer?

FibreSuburb Networks (FSN), as the Fibre Network Operator (FNO), provide different line speeds and Internet Service Providers (ISP) tailored to your needs. At FSN we know that times are tough in this economy. Therefore we offer line speeds to accommodate any budget - from 5Mbps at R199 with 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200Mbps options. Some areas also cater for 500Mbps line speeds on a choice of ISPs. Contact Us for a full list of Internet Service Providers.

What should I do if my fibre internet is not working?

Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the manner prescribed by their terms & conditions. The ISP will perform their relative troubleshooting checks and escalate it to the Fibre Network Operator where required.
